Zoo Negara (National Zoo)
Zoo Negara was officially opened on 14th November 1963 and has matured into a well-known zoo all around the world. They have a total of over 5137 specimen from 476 species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish.
Kuala Lumpur Bird Park
Located in the serene and scenic famous Lake Gardens, the KL Bird park is also well known as “World’s Largest Free-flight Walk-in Aviary”. Bird-watching is a common activity here where the flora and fauna is rich.
Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park
The Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park is situated near the Lake Gardens. The park is an imitation of the butterfly’s natural habitat and that’s the tropical rainforest. The Butterfly Park houses some 6,000 butterflies of over 120 species.
Farm In The City
Farm in the City is the place for visitors who want to enjoy a non-traditional zoo experience. It is great for people who want to escape the urban jungle and see some unusual animals up close and personal.

KL Tower Mini Zoo
Located at the ground floor of Kuala Lumpur Tower next to Bukit Nanas reserved forest, KL Tower Mini Zoo hosts over 60 species of animals within its premises including raccoons, meerkats, monkeys, tortoises, parrots, snakes, big-eared fox, legless lizard, marmosets, softshell turtle, emu, smallest horse, sugar gliders, and more. Rare species such as white crow, iguana, and macaque monkeys also await curious sightseers.
The ostriches roam freely in a large pen and seem well looked after. Besides birds there are goats, ponies, rabbits and etc. You can take a look at the egg incubators and get a briefing on raising exotic birds.
Four Season House
At the Four Season Temperate House (RISEM), one can experience the four season’s weather such in the four season’s countries which are summer, autumn, winter and spring. Season in RISEM will change every three months. Come and join us and be the first to witness fascinating view and colorful plants and flowers.
GK Organic Farm
The guided farm tour started with a visit to key areas of the farm including the planting, composting and beekeeping sections. The children got to plant and harvest crops like a farmer as well as learn how to appreciate nature. Besides the farm tour, fun games and activities such as enzyme-making were also held.
Aves World Eco Farm
A fun petting zoo which allows children to have close contact with animal – feeding food, catching fish etc. The children also have chance to learn how to plant corn seedlings.
The aquarium was not really big, but it is a beautiful aquarium indeed. Apart from that, there are a lot of rare fishes inside the aquarium too which surely can fulfill your curiosity towards the rare species.
Starfresh Agro Farm
Starfresh Agro Farm is a farm that diversified into an agro tourism industry with facilities and structures for the purpose of providing a one stop learning centre. Within the farm, the kids stand a chance to see the plants and animals that rarely found in the city and enjoy the long lost touch of nature within the town area. It’s definitely a unique educational experience which is fun, exciting and challenging!
There is an attraction at Glory Beach Resort beach which is turtle hatchery. This turtle sanctuary jointly managed with Department of Fisheries Malaysia. Since 2010, hawksbill turtles have been coming up the Tanjong Gemok beachside to lay eggs, which the hotel collects, incubates and hatch for release back to sea.
Jelita Ostrich Farm
Jelita Ostrich Farm is a 4.2 hectare farm certified by the Malaysian Book of Records as the first ever ostrich farm in Malaysia. Children will be guided to ensure the visit to the farm is educational yet fun. They will get the chance to experience the right way of picking up an ostrich egg and have the opportunity to stand on the egg. The hard strong ostrich egg will not break even a man weighing 100kg is standing on it.
The Plantzania Ninja Park provides an excellent environment that allows children to ease into nature, encouraging them to learn more about the plants, fruits and trees surrounding the park while having fun at the same time.
More than 1200 animals of 215 species can be found at the Melaka Zoo. It now houses many birds, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and insects. It is the second-largest zoo in Malaysia behind the National Zoo of Malaysia.
Kluang UK Farm
UK Farm was established in 2003 with just 2 acres of land located in Parit Yaani, Johor Malaysia, and become a leisure farm in 2008. Their Jamnapari goats were imported from Indonesia and their initial business involved the production of fresh goat’s milk, goat’s meat and commercializing toiletry products.
Kahang Organic Farm
Kahang Organic Rice Eco Farm (Koref) is the first Certified Organic Rice Farm in Malaysia. It provides the best escape from the stressful city life as we provide various exciting outdoor activities as well as accommodation for our visitors to relax.
Desaru Fruit Farm
Situated on 100 acres of land, Desaru Fruit Farm offers visitors a fun time learning about the country’s tropical fruits. Packed with over 100 varieties of tropical fruits, 10 species of plants, a petting zoo, koi fish pond and other attractions, a visit here promises an interesting experience for the kids.
Zenxin Organic Farm
The largest and the first open-to-public organic farm in Malaysia, Zenxin Organic Park offers visitors valuable insights into the techniques and virtues of organic farming, combining education and recreational fun in the process.
Everyone who visits can get a tour of the strawberry field and the actual processing plant which is one of the most remarkable sights of Pahang. Strawberries are not planted in the ground, but hydroponically in rows and rows of elevated containers. To protect the plants from the driving tropical rain, the containers are usually housed under roofed sheds.
By visiting the Lavender farm, you can see other flowers there, not only Lavender, although you can see mainly Lavender there. There are Lavender from Hokkaido, China and Taiwan. It was really nice for people who love nature and flowers, especially lavender.

MyyFarm is the place you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, relax your body and mind, and enjoy the fresh air surrounding you. You can involve in some of the farming activities to de-stress and, on top of that, harvest some of the organic veggies from the farm and take them fresh.
Refarm is a 26-acres recreational farm which surrounded by hills and forests. The waterfall inside the forest is a precious resource. With a total length of 1.2 kilometers piping system, the farm manage to connect with the upstream of the waterfall to supply the cleanest water for the crops and animals including the chicken, fish and goats.
